摘要
采用开发的一种新型在机检测方法测量某产品上供气嘴体零件窄直径,根据零件被测结构特征和数控车床镗刀装夹原理,设计了特殊结构的百分表测头和专用刀杆,并运用G代码编制了在机自动测量程序,实现了对无法直接用卡尺在机测量的直径尺寸进行在机自动测量,并用原光学投影测量方法验证每件产品的在机测量表头尺寸,证明了该方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法避免了因每件产品取下测量而造成的尺寸超差报废,保证了产品质量,极大地提高了生产效率,大幅降低了对光学投影测量设备的使用频率和依赖性,降低了生产成本和检测成本。
A new type of on-machine inspection method is used to measure the narrow diameter size of the air supply nozzle body part on a certain product.According to the measured structural characteristics of the part and the clamping principle of the CNC lathe boring tool,a special structure of the dial indicator probe and a special tool holder are designed,and G code is used to compile the on-machine automatic measurement program,which realizes the on-machine automatic measurement of the diameter size that cannot be directly measured by the caliper.The on-machine measurement head size of each product is measured by the original optical projection measurement method,which proves the effectiveness of the method.The results show that the method avoids the size tolerance and scrapping caused by taking each product off for measurement,and ensures the product quality,greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the frequency and dependence on optical projection measurement equipment,reduces production costs and inspection costs.
