摘要
学习力是教师专业发展的动力源,包括学习动力、学习能力、学习实践力和学习创新力。为了解幼儿教师学习力现状,采用问卷法和访谈法对合肥市445名幼儿教师学习力进行了调查。结果发现,合肥市幼儿教师学习力总体属于偏上水平;幼儿教师学习力在年龄、教龄、学历和职务等维度差异显著。从构建教师学习共同体,提高幼儿教师学习力;建立幼儿教师多样化学习模式,培养幼儿教师学习创新力;推进U-G-K深度合作培养机制,提高师范生学习实践力等方面提升。
Learning ability is the power source of teachers’professional development,including learning motivation,learning ability,learning practice and learning innovation.In order to understand the current situation of preschool teachers’learning ability,445 preschool teachers in Hefei were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results show that the overall learning ability of preschool teachers in Hefei belongs to the upper level.There are significant differences in the learning ability of preschool teachers in age,teaching age,educational background and position.The construction of teachers’learning community,improvement of their learning ability,establishment of diversified learning modes of preschool teachers,cultivation of their creativity in learning,and the U-G-K deep cooperation training mechanism should be promoted to improve the learning and practice ability of normal university students.
