摘要
以四川省某铜矿尾矿为试验研究对象,采用混合浮选法综合回收尾矿中的锌硫。试验表明:采用“锌硫混选-再磨-锌硫分离浮选”工艺使锌和硫分别得到了较好的富集和分离,获得了锌精矿品位45.48%,回收率68.76%;硫精矿品位39.12%,回收率为70.63%的指标,回收效果较为理想。
Taking the tailings of a copper mine in Sichuan as the research object,the zinc and sulfur in the tailings were comprehensively recovered by mixed flotation.The experiment proves that the zinc-sulfur mixed flotation-regrinding-zinc-sulfur separation flotation process can enrich and separate zinc and sulfur well.The grade of zinc concentrate is 45.48%,the recovery rate is 68.76%,the grade of sulfur concentrate is 39.12%,the recovery rate is70.63%,and the recovery effect is ideal.
