摘要
国家标准方法对铅精矿中的金量的检测采用火试金富集法,该方法大量使用铅会污染环境,不利于环保。本实验建立了混合焙烧-活性炭富集-原子吸收分光光度法测定铅精矿中金量的方法。本方法考察了石英砂的加入量和焙烧方式对金量测定的影响,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.65%~2.51%,与国家标准方法测定结果吻合良好,容易操作,实用性强。
Fire assay gold enrichment is the state regulatory method to determine the concentration of gold in lead concentrate.This method makes extensive use of lead,and as a result is heavily pollutive and detrimental to the environment.This study proposes a new method to determine the concentration of gold in lead concentrate by the process of Mixed Roasting-Activated Carbon Enrichment-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.We investigated the effect of adding quartz sand and various methods of roasting on the result of the experiment,and achieved a standard deviation of 1.65%~2.51%from the reference concentration.This method fully complies with the standard method specified by the state regulatory body.It is easy to implement,and practical.
