应用自制大型柳叶刀和电刀治疗乳腺癌的效果比较

Comparison on the Effects of Self-Made Large Lancet and Electric Knife in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的 分析比较自制大型柳叶刀和电刀治疗乳腺癌的效果。方法 选择2017年1月至2020年3月于我院行改良根治术的36例乳腺癌患者,观察组(9例)手术过程中使用自制大型柳叶刀操作,对照组(27例)手术过程中使用电刀操作。观察两组患者的皮瓣坏死情况及临床手术指标。结果 观察组的皮瓣坏死发生率明显低于对照组,手术时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的术中出血量及术后拔除引流管时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者行改良根治术时使用自制大型柳叶刀操作能够有效减少对皮瓣的损伤,预防并发症,安全性更高,值得应用推广。

Objective To analyze and compare the effects of self-made large lancet and electric knife in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods 36 cases of patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected.The observation group(9 cases)was operated with self-made large lancet during operation,and the control group(27 cases)was operated with electric knife during operation.The flap necrosis and clinical operation indicators of two groups were observed.Results The incidence of flap necrosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the operation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage tube removal time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Self-made large lancet applied in modified radical mastectomy of patients with breast cancer can effectively reduce the flap damage,and prevent the complications,with higher safety,which is worthy of application and promotion.
