经导管介入治疗与外科手术治疗小儿先天性心脏病室间隔缺损的效果对比

Comparison on the Effects of Transcatheter Intervention Treatment and Surgical Treatment for Ventricular Septal Defect in Children with Congenital Heart Disease

目的 对比经导管介入治疗与外科手术治疗小儿先天性心脏病室间隔缺损的临床效果。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年8月我院收治的92例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损患儿,随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46)。对照组采用外科手术治疗,观察组采用经导管介入治疗,比较两组的手术成功率,术中、术后相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术成功率为86.96%,与对照组的91.30%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的手术时间、术后机械通气时间、 ICU住院时间、总住院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为39.13%,明显低于对照组的60.87%(P <0.05)。结论 经导管介入治疗与外科手术治疗小儿先天性心脏病室间隔缺损效果相当,但经导管介入治疗操作时间短,患儿术后恢复快,且术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of transcatheter intervention treatment and surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect in children with congenital heart disease.Methods 92 ventricular septal defect children with congenital heart disease admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The control group received surgical treatment,and the observation group received transcatheter intervention treatment.The surgical success rate,intraoperative and postoperative related indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical success rate of the observation group was 86.96%,which had no statistical difference with 91.30%of the control group(P〉0.05).The operation time,postoperative mechanical ventilation time,ICU hospitalization time and total hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 39.13%,significantly lower than 60.87%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transcatheter interventional treatment and surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect in children with congenital heart disease have similar effects.However,transcatheter interventional treatment has shorter operation time,faster postoperative recovery,and lower incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
