CTRP3、HMGB1在冠心病合并急性心肌梗死患者中的表达水平及临床意义

Expression Level and Clinical Significance of CTRP3 and HMGB1 in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析补体C1q/肿瘤坏死抑制相关蛋白3(CTRP3)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在冠心病合并急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月我院收治的300例冠心病患者,检测其CTRP3、HMGB1水平,分析其与AMI的关系。结果Logistic多因素分析结果显示HMGB1、TG、TC、LDL-C、CTRP3与冠心病合并AMI关系密切。CTRP3、HMGB1、联合检测诊断AMI的AUC分别为0.811、0.855、0.918,联合检测诊断AMI的AUC高于二者单独检测(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者CTRP3、HMGB1表达异常,二者与冠心病患者发生AMI独立相关,联合检测有助于AMI的早期诊断。

Objective To analyze the expression level and clinical significance of CTRP3 and HMGB1 in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 300 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected.The CTRP3 and HMGB1 levels were detected and the correlation with AMI was analyzed.Results Logistic multivariate analysis results showed that HMGB 1,TG,TC,LDL-C and CTRP3 were closely correlated with coronary heart disease complicated with AMI.The AUC of CTRP3,HMGB1 and combined detection in the diagnosis of AMI were 0.811,0.855 and 0.918,respectively.The AUC of the combined detection in the diagnosis of AMI was higher than that of the sigle detection(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of CTRP3 and HMGB1 is abnormal in patients with coronary heart disease.Both are independently related to AMI in patients with coronary heart disease.Combined detection of CTRP3 and HMGB 1 is helpful for early diagnosis of AMI.
