甲、乙型流感病毒感染患者外周血NLR表达对比分析

Comparative Analysis on NLR Expression in Peripheral Blood of Patients Infected with Influenza A and B Viruses

目的 对比甲、乙型流感病毒感染患者外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)表达情况。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的98例流感病毒感染患者,检测其外周血NLR水平,并根据病毒抗原检测结果明确流感病毒感染类型(甲、乙型流感病毒感染),对比甲、乙型流感病毒感染患者外周血NLR表达情况。结果 98例流感病毒感染患者中,甲型流感病毒感染80例,占比81.63%;乙型流感病毒感染18例,占比18.37%。甲型流感病毒感染患者的外周血NLR水平高于乙型流感病毒感染患者(P <0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,外周血NLR高是甲型流感病毒感染的风险因素(OR>1, P <0.05);绘制ROC曲线显示,外周血NLR表达预测甲、乙型流感病毒感染的AUC值为0.712,有一定诊断价值。结论 甲型流感病毒感染患者外周血NLR高于乙型流感病毒感染患者,临床可据此鉴别流感病毒感染类型。

Objective To compare the expressions of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in peripheral blood of patients infected with influenza A and B viruses.Methods 98 patients infected with influenza virus admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,and their peripheral blood NLR were detected.The types of influenza virus infection(A and B influenza virus infection)was determined based on the results of the virus antigen test.The expressions of peripheral blood NLR of patients infected with influenza A and B viruses.Results Among 98 patients infected with influenza virus,80 cases were infected with influenza A virus,accounting for 81.63%;18 cases were infected with influenza B virus,accounting for 18.37%.Peripheral blood NLR of patients infected with influenza A virus was higher than that of patients infected with influenza B virus(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that high peripheral blood NLR was risk factor for influenza A virus infection(0/?>l,P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC value of peripheral blood NLR expression in predicting the infection of influenza A and B viruses was 0.712,which had certain diagnostic value.Conclusions Peripheral blood NLR of patients infected with influenza A virus is higher than that of patients infected with influenza B virus,which can distinguish the type of influenza virus infection clinically.
