以人文关怀为基础的综合护理在胃镜检查中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Humanistic Care in Gastroscopy

目的 观察以人文关怀为基础的综合护理在胃镜检查中的临床应用效果。方法 选择2020年3月至2021年3月于我院进行胃镜检查的80例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用以人文关怀为基础的综合护理。对比两组的情绪状态、不良反应及对护理服务的满意度。结果 检查后30 min,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组胃镜检查后不良反应发生率为17.50%,明显低于对照组的45.00%(P <0.05)。观察组对护理服务的满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)。结论 以人文关怀为基础的综合护理应用于胃镜检查中可缓解患者的负性情绪状态,降低检查后不良反应发生风险,提升患者的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing based on humanistic care in gastroscopy.Methods 80 patients with gastroscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,adverse reactions and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results 30 min after examination,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after gastroscopy in the observation group was 17.50%,significantly lower than 45.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree to nursing service in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing based on humanistic care in gastroscopy can alleviate patients'negative psychological state,reduce the risk of adverse reactions after examination,and improve patients'satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
