行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用

Application of Action-Oriented Education Combined with Orem Nursing Model for Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探讨行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者中的应用。方法选取60例CHB患者为对象,随机分为观察组(行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆模式护理)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组疾病态度及自我护理能力。结果干预后观察组面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组健康知识、自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式可转变CHB患者对疾病的态度,提高患者的自我护理能力。

Objective To To explore the application of action-oriented education combined with Orem nursing model for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods 60 patients with CHB were selected and were randomly divided into observation group(action-oriented education combined with Orem model nursing) and control group(routine nursing). The disease attitude and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the avoidance and yield scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). After intervention,the scores of health knowledge, self-care skills, self-care responsibility and self-concept in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Action-oriented education combined with Orem nursing model can change the attitude of CHB patients towards diseases and improve their self-care ability.
