知识-社会-心理照护支持模式在脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用

Application of Knowledge-Society-Psychological Care Support Model in Hemiplegia Patients after Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨知识-社会-心理照护支持模式在脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将114例脑梗死后偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各57例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施知识-社会-心理照护支持模式。比较两组的HAMA、HAMD、MCMQ、SIS评分。结果干预后,观察组的H AMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的面对得分高于对照组,回避、屈服得分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SIS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知识-社会-心理照护支持模式应用于脑梗死后偏瘫患者效果显著,可有效改善其不良心理状态及应对方式,提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge-society-psychological care support model in hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction.Methods 114 hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received knowledge-society-psychological care support model on the basis of the control group.The HAMA,HAMD,MCMQ and SIS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The facing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the avoidance and yielding scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The SIS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Knowledge-society-psychological care support model in the application of hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction has significant effect,which can effectively improve their bad psychological state and coping style,and improve their quality of life.
