个性化护理干预对老年心力衰竭患者压疮发生率及护理满意度的影响

Influence of Personalized Nursing Intervention on the Incidence of Pressure Sores and Nursing Satisfaction Degree in Elderly Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨个性化护理干预对老年心力衰竭患者压疮发生率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月我院收治的78例老年心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施个性化护理干预,比较两组的压疮发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组压疮发生率为5.13%,明显低于对照组的25.64%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.87%,明显高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预可有效降低老年心力衰竭患者的压疮发生率,提升其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of personalized nursing intervention on the incidence of pressure sores and nursing satisfaction degree in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods 78 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of pressure sores and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was 5.13%,significantly lower than 25.64%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.87%,significantly higher than 79.49%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores in elderly patients with heart failure and improve their nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
