摘要
目的探讨98例胚胎停止发育孕妇的临床特征及影响因素。方法选择2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的98例胚胎停止发育孕妇作为病例组,另外选择同期于我院进行常规产检的100例孕妇作为对照组。统计两组的基线资料,分析胚胎停止发育的影响因素。结果病例组有流产史、饮酒史、吸烟史、使用辐射性电器>6h/d、睡眠不足、抑郁心理占比均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,有流产史、饮酒史、吸烟史、使用辐射性电器>6h/d、睡眠不足、抑郁心理是胚胎停止发育的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论胚胎停止发育主要受流产史、饮酒史、吸烟史、使用辐射性电器〉6h/d、睡眠不足、抑郁心理等因素影响,临床需予以高度重视。
Objective To explore the clinical features and influencing factors of 98 cases of pregnant women with embryo development cessation.Methods 98 pregnant women with embryo development cessation admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as case group.Another 100 pregnant women with routine prenatal examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The baseline data of the two groups were counted to analyze the influencing factors of embryo development cessation.Results The proportion of abortion history,drinking history,smoking history,use of radioactive appliances>6 h/d,sleep debt and depression in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the age between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that abortion history,drinking history,smoking history,use of radioactive appliances>6 h/d,sleep debt and depression were independent risk factors for embryo development cessation(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Embryo development cessation is mainly affected by abortion history,drinking history,smoking history,use of radioactive appliances>6 h/d,sleep debt and depression,which needs to be paid high attention to in clinic.
