猪苓汤治疗前列腺绿激光汽化术后尿路刺激症状临床研究

目的:观察猪苓汤加减治疗经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术后下尿路刺激症状(LUTS)的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为中药组和对照组各40例,拔管后第1天中药组给予猪苓汤治疗,对照组给予酒石酸托特罗定治疗。结果:中药组排尿间隔时间、尿控能力及生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:猪苓汤改善经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术后下尿路刺激症状(LUTS)有较好疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuling Decoction in the treatment of lower urinary tract irritation(LUTS) after transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate. Methods: Eighty cases were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. On the first day after extubation, the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Zhuling Decoction while the control group were treated with tolterodine tartrate. Results: The urination interval, urinary continence and quality of life in the traditional Chinese medicine group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhuling Decoction has a good effect in improving lower urinary tract irritation symptoms(LUTS) after transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate.
