会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷联合针刺辅治急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Application of Epiglottis Zhuyu Recipe Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Dysphagia after Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷联合针刺辅治急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:150例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例。两组均在常规治疗和吞咽功能训练基础上给予针刺治疗,观察组加用会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷。结果:治疗后两组VFSS评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组VFSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组WST评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组WST评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组sEMG最大波幅值均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组sEMG最大波幅值高于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组97.33%、对照组85.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷联合针刺辅治急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍能够改善吞咽功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of Epiglottis Zhuyu Recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 150 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. Both groups were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of routine treatment and swallowing function training, and the observation group were additionally given acupoint application of Epiglottis Zhuyu Recipe. Results: After treatment, the VFSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the VFSS score of the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The WST scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the WST score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.33% in the observation group and 85.33% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application of Epiglottis Zhuyu Recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction can improve swallowing function.
