小针刀配合推拿手法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤临床研究

目的:观察小针刀配合推拿手法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:64例随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组给予小针刀配合推拿手法治疗,对照组给予常规推拿手法治疗,疗程4周。结果:总有效率治疗组96.88%,对照组78.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组踝关节VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),ROM评分、AOFAS评分均提高(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分、ROM评分及AOFAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合推拿手法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of old ankle sprain. Methods: Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The treatment group were given acupuncture combined with massage manipulation, while the control group were given conventional massage manipulation for 4 weeks.Results: The total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 78.13% in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the ankle joints in both groups were decreased(P<0.05), while the ROM scores and AOFAS scores were increased(P<0.05). The VAS score, ROM score and AOFAS score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Small needle knife combined with massage manipulation has a good effect on the old ankle sprain.
