针刺联合火龙药灸治疗腰肌劳损风寒阻络型临床观察

目的:观察针刺联合火龙药灸治疗腰肌劳损风寒阻络型的临床效果。方法:72例随机分为两组。对照组用普通针刺加艾条灸,治疗组用针刺(每日1次)联合火龙药灸(隔日1次),连续治疗两周。结果:总有效率治疗组91.67%、对照组80.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合火龙药灸治疗腰肌劳损风寒阻络型有较好临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with fire dragon herbal moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain with wind-cold obstruction type. Methods: 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture plus moxa moxibustion, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture(once a day) combined with pitaya moxibustion(once every other day) for two consecutive weeks. Results:The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 80.56% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with fire dragon herbal moxibustion has a good clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain with wind-cold obstruction type.
