Clinical Experience of ZHU Zhenhua in Treating Yin Deficiency Type Chronic Pharyngitis

慢性咽炎以咽部干、痒、痛,或咽部异物感为主要表现,是现代人常见病之一。其致病因素多为火热之邪,可以分为实热侵袭卫表、实火壅于肺胃,或是肺肾阴虚导致的虚火内生。朱镇华教授循古方、立新意,分别以养阴清肺汤及六味地黄丸加减治疗肺阴不足证及肾阴亏虚证,配合口鼻吸入药液蒸汽、按压天突穴治疗,不仅能缓解咽喉不适等局部症状,往往也能改善患者全身情况。

Chronic pharyngitis is one of the common diseases of modern people,which is mainly manifested by dryness,itching,pain or foreign body sensation in the pharynx.The pathogenic factors are mostly the heat pathogen and the fire pathogen,which can be divided into excess heat invading the surface of the body,excess fire obstructing the lung and stomach,or deficiency fire endogenous caused by deficiency of lung and kidney Yin.Professor ZHU Zhenhua followed the ancient prescription and use new ideas to treat the deficiency of lung Yin and deficiency of kidney Yin with Yangyin Qingfei decoction and Liuwei Dihuang pills respectively,combined with inhaling the medical solution steam through the mouth and nose and pressing Tiantu acupoint for treatment,which can not only relieve the local symptoms such as throat discomfort,but also improve the patient’s general condition.
