高血压病可归属中医的“风眩”范畴,王行宽教授认为其发病与五脏皆相关,病源在肾,病起在肝,制应在肺,主调于脾,其理在心,虽多脏调燮,但以“肝失疏泄”为核心贯穿整个过程,其治法多为调肝潜阳、滋补肝肾、肝心同治,配合情志疗法以调之。

Hypertension can be classified into the category of“wind and dizziness”in traditional Chinese medicine.WANG Xingkuan believes that the incidence of hypertension is related to the five internal organs.But the core of the whole process is“liver insufficiency and stagnation”.Most of the treatment methods are to adjust the liver to subdue the yang,nourish the liver and kidney,and treat the liver and heart together,and cooperate with emotional therapy to adjust it.
