芪莲汤联合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性分析

Effect and Safety of Qilian Decoction Combined with Benazepril in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨芪莲汤联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。方法:选取该院2018年12月—2020年12月共收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者进行研究,应用随机数字分组法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。给予对照组患者口服贝那普利治疗,观察组患者应用芪莲汤联合贝那普利口服治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,TGF-β1、IL-18和IL-6相关炎症因子水平,UAER、β2-MG和CysC相关肾功能指标水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗显效人数15例、有效人数22例,无效人数3例,总有效率92.50%,对照组治疗显效人数12例、有效人数17例、无效人数11例,总有效率72.50%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前TGF-β1、IL-18和IL-6相关炎症因子水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者TGF-β1、IL-18和IL-6表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前UAER、β2-MG和CysC、Scr、BUN水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者UAER、β2-MG和CysC、Scr、BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖和糖化红蛋白水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖和糖化红蛋白水平低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者应用芪莲汤联合贝那普利治疗能够减轻患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,减轻患者体内的炎症水平,保护肾功能,安全性好,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Qilian decoction combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected for research,and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number grouping method.The control group was given oral benazepril,while the observation group was given Qilian decoction combined with benazepril.UAER,β2-MG and CysC-related renal function index levels and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:In the observation group,15 cases were markedly effective,22 were effective,and 3 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 92.50%.In the control group,12 were markedly effective,17 effective,and 11 ineffective,with a total effective rate of 72.50%.,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of TGF-β1,IL-18 and IL-6-related inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The expression levels ofβ1,IL-18 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of UAER,β2-MG,CysC,Scr,and BUN before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of UAER,β2-MG,CysC,Scr,and BUN were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of 2-h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycated globin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qilian decoction combined with benazepril in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of inflammation in the patient’s body,protect the renal function,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
