中医药控制肾纤维化以延缓慢性肾脏病进展作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Chinese Medicine Controlling Renal Fibrosis to Delay the Progression of Chronic Kidney Disease

延缓慢性肾脏病向终末期肾病的进展是近年来治疗该病的主要研究方向,而控制肾纤维化是延缓疾病进展的重要环节。经大量国内外研究表明中医药治疗慢性肾脏病、控制纤维化疗效明确,但其作用机制尚无统一认识,相关研究也未形成系统理论。该文将通过对大量文献的阅读与分析,从抑制肌成纤维形成、加速肌成纤维降解及抗上皮细胞-间充质分化三个研究方向对中医药抗肾纤维化作用机制的研究进展进行综述。

Delaying the progression of chronic kidney disease to end-stage renal disease is the main research direction for the treatment of the disease in recent years,and the control of renal fibrosis is an important part of delaying the progression of the disease.A large number of domestic and foreign studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a clear effect on chronic kidney disease and fibrosis control,but there is no unified understanding of its mechanism of action,and related research has not formed a systematic theory.In this article,through the reading and analysis of a large number of literatures,the research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine against renal fibrosis will be reviewed from three research directions:inhibition of myofibrogenesis,acceleration of myofibroblast degradation,and resistance to epithelial-mesenchymal differentiation.
