香芹酚药理活性和促健康作用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Pharmacological Activity and Health-promoting Effect of Carvacrol

香芹酚在自然界中普遍存在于许多芳香性中药材中,具有抗菌、抗寄生虫和抗疟原虫活性,抗氧化、抗炎活性,对心血管的保护作用和降压作用,对神经系统的保护作用,对糖尿病及其血管并发症的治疗作用,抗肿瘤作用,细胞毒性保护作用,镇痛作用,对皮肤病的治疗作用,以及潜在的抑制钠欲和中枢降压作用等。文章综述了近年来香芹酚药理活性和促进健康作用的研究成果,以期为香芹酚药理作用和临床应用的深入研究提供参考。

Carvoxel is widely found in many aromatic Chinese herbal medicine in nature,which has antibacterial,antiparasite and antimalarial activities;anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory activities;cardiovascular protection and antihypertensive effect;.protective effect on nervous system;therapeutic effect on diabetes and its vascular complications,anti-tumor effect,cytotoxic protection,analgesic effect,therapeutic effect on dermatosis,and potential inhibition of sodium appetite and central antihypertensive effect.This article reviews the research results of carvacrol’s pharmacological activity and health-promoting effect in recent years,in order to provide references for the further research on carvacrol’s pharmacological effects and clinical application.
