慢加急性肝衰竭并Wernicke脑病1例报道

Wernicke encephalopathy with acute-on-chronic liver failure:one case report

肝衰竭患者出现精神障碍时除了考虑肝性脑病之外,还需鉴别低血糖症、代谢性疾病、水电解质紊乱、脑血管疾病及感染等。现报道1例肝衰竭合并有低血糖症、Wernicke脑病患者,旨在提高临床医师对本病的认识,减少漏诊。

In addition to considering hepatic encephalopathy,patients with liver failure who developed mental disorders need to identify diseases such as hypoglycemia,metabolic diseases,water and electrolyte disturbance,cerebrovascular accident,and infections.A case of liver failure combined with hypoglycemia and Wernicke encephalopathy was reported,to improve the understanding of the disease and decrease clincal missed diagnosis.
