摘要 为科学预测拟建机动车报废拆解项目废水泄漏对区域地下水水质可能产生的环境影响,通过收集项目所在地水文地质条件特征相关数据,建立基于解析法的机动车报废拆解场地下水环境影响预测方法。从项目污染风险识别出发,设置地下水环境影响评价要素及预测模型参数,开展地下水环境影响预测分析。结果表明,本项目石油类污染因子在污染物发生泄漏后,超标影响范围可控制在厂区范围内。为防止项目发生泄漏事故,造成地下水污染,建设单位应按照“源头控制、分区防控、污染监控、应急响应”原则,对污染物从产生到扩散进行全过程全方位控制。 In order to scientifically predict the possible environmental impact of wastewater leakage on the regional groundwater quality of the proposed motor vehicle scrap dismantling project,a method of environmental impact prediction of groundwater in the vehicle scrap dismantling site based on the analysis method is established by collecting the relevant data on the hydrogeological condition characteristics of the project site.Starting from the project pollution risk identification,the elements of groundwater environmental impact assessment and forecasting model parameters are set,and the forecast analysis of groundwater environmental impact is carried out.The results show that the oil pollution factor in this project can be controlled within the scope of the plant after the leakage of pollutants.In order to prevent groundwater pollution caused by leakage accidents of the project,the construction unit shall carry out all-round control over the whole process from generation to diffusion of pollutants in accordance with the principle of“source control,zoning prevention and control,pollution monitoring and emergency response”.
