摘要
本研究采用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2018年数据,通过建立世代交叠模型,利用倾向得分匹配法解决内生性问题,分析了养老、抚幼双重负担对家庭人力资本投资的影响。研究发现:养老负担和子女抚养负担对家庭人力资本投资均有挤出效应;相较而言,子女抚养负担大于养老负担对家庭人力资本投资的负向影响;家庭收入在养老负担、抚幼负担对家庭人力资本投资影响机制中起中介作用。据此,本文提出家庭人力资本投资的优化建议。
This paper uses the 2018 data of the China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS),establishes a generational overlap model,uses the propensity score matching method to solve the endogenous problem,and analyzes the impact of the double burden of pension and childcare on family human capital investment.The study found that both the pension burden and the child support burden have a crowding-out effect on family human capital investment;comparatively speaking,the child support burden is greater than the negative impact of the pension burden on family human capital investment;family income is in the pension burden and child support burden Play an intermediary role in the influence mechanism of family human capital investment.Based on this,suggestions for optimizing family human capital investment are put forward.
