新型木石复合地板的制备及性能研究

摘要 本试验制备得到无甲醛添加、抗菌、防水、抗变形能力强的新型木石复合(WSPC,wood stone plastic composite)地板。研究结果表明,当Ag@TiO_(2)添加量为1.5%时,WSPC地板满足LY/T 1926—2010《抗菌木(竹)质地板抗菌性能检验方法与抗菌效果》抗细菌Ⅰ级和抗真菌0级的要求,地板表面易清洁、耐腐蚀、抗形变,耐磨性可达2000 r,甲醛释放量等级可达到ENF级,且在80℃环境中加热6 h,具有良好的热稳定性,可用于地暖铺装系统。 A new wood stone plastic composite(WSPC)flooring was prepared with characteristics including free of formaldehyde,antibacterial,waterproof,and strong deformation resistance.The research results indicated that when Ag@TiO_(2) was added at level of 1.5%,the WSPC flooring met the requirements of LY/T 1926-2010 Anti-bacterial performance test method and antibacterial effect of antibacterial wood(bamboo)flooring,antibacterial class I,and antifungal class 0.The surface of the WSPC flooring was easy to wipe,corrosion-resistant,and waterproof.Its wear resistance could reach 2000 r.The formaldehyde emission level could reach the ENF level.Being heated at 80℃for 6 h,it still had good thermal stability and was suitable for flooring heating pavement system.
