试论高校基层党团组织对大学生网络集群行为风险的控制

Control of College Students’ Network Cluster Behavior Risk by the Grassroots Party and League Organizations

互联网迅速发展以及在线教育普及化,使得当前青年大学生在网络集群行为中逐渐具有主体性地位。但目前,高校对于虚拟社群风险的防控依旧存在滞后性、被动性、应急性等缺陷,作为高校意识形态引领与大学生思想政治教育主要力量之一的高校党团组织在应对大学生网络集群行为中也存在一定的组织缺位。在大学生网络集群行为风险控制过程中,高校应在准确把握其内涵特征、风险成因的基础上,充分发挥基层党团组织的影响力、引导力和制约力,从网络环境、主体心态、制度管理等不同维度,通过合理化建设,使实体性的党团组织能够充分进入互联网阵地,从而有效引导与规约大学生网络集群行为。

Rapid development of the Internet and popularization of online education gradually empower young college students with the status of subjectivity over the network cluster behavior. Therefore, it is urgent for colleges to prevent and control the virtual community risk and solve the existing problems such as lagging behind, passivity and emergency. As one of the main forces of value guidance and ideological and political education in colleges, the Party and League organizations need to fill the organizational gaps in response to the network cluster behavior of college students. In the process of risk control of college students’ network cluster behavior, colleges should give full play to grassroots Party and League organizations on the basis of accurately grasping the connotation, characteristics and causes of risk. As a result, substantive Party and League organizations will fully enter the Internet position through rational construction, from different dimensions of network environment, subject mentality and system management, through rational construction so as to effectively guide and regulate college students’ network cluster behavior.
