北京市超低能耗建筑应用与推广路径研究

Research on Applications and Promotion Paths of Ultra-Low Energy Buildings in Beijing

作为建筑的未来发展趋势和碳达峰碳中和目标的重要实现方式,“十三五”期间北京市开展了超低能耗建筑探索和示范。本文通过研究国内外发展超低能耗建筑的先进理念和实践经验,本着“政府推动、市场引导、产业协同、分类施策”这一主线,解决北京市超低能耗建筑推广过程中遇到的问题,提出对策建议。

As a trend of future buildings and an important way to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,Beijing has carried out exploration and demonstration of ultra-low energy buildings during the 13th Five-Year Plan period(2016-2020).By researching advanced concepts and practical experience of developing ultra-low energy buildings at home and abroad,and based on"government promotion,market guidance,industrial coordination and classified measures",this paper attempts to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve problems in the promotion of ultra-low energy buildings in Beijing.
