摘要
随着我国提出“双碳”发展目标,建筑领域碳排放方法学操作性较差,碳排放交易市场需求量较大等问题日渐凸显。因此,行业内亟待提出适用于新建节能建筑(绿色建筑)开发的CCER(Chinese Certified Emission Reduction)碳交易方法学。本文以减少应用成本、降低应用复杂性与提高应用实操性为出发点,对国内外碳交易方法学进行调研和分析,以期找到适用于新建节能建筑(绿色建筑)开发CCER碳交易项目的方法学,并为后续开展进一步工作奠定基础。
As China puts forward the goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,the problems such as poor practicality of carbon emission methodology in the construction field and large demand in the carbon emission trading market are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent for the industry to put forward the CCER(Chinese Certified Emission Reduction)carbon trading methodology suitable for the development of new energy-saving buildings(Green Buildings).Based on reducing the application cost,decreasing the application complexity and improving the application practicality,this paper investigates and analyzes the carbon trading methodology at home and abroad,in order to find the methodology suitable for the development of CCER carbon trading project for new energy-saving buildings(Green Buildings),and lay a solid foundation for further work.
