高层办公建筑空间优化策略--以前海太平金融大厦为例

Space optimization strategy of high-rise office buildings--Qianhai Taiping Finance Tower

高层建筑在塑造城市标志性形象的同时也受到城市诸多条件的影响和制约。本文通过前海太平金融大厦的设计尝试,提出优化高层办公建筑空间的三种方向性策略,在保证使用效率的同时更加关注空间品质的塑造。

High-rise buildings are influenced and restricted by many urban conditions while shaping the iconic image of a city.Through the design of Qianhai Taiping Financial Tower,this paper proposes three directional strategies to optimize the space of high-rise office buildings,which pays attention not only to the use efficiency but also to the space quality.
