博物馆文化教育功能发挥与学校互动机制构建——以渭南市博物馆为例

Research on Museum’s Cultural and Educational Function and School Interaction Mechanism Construction ——Taking Weinan Museum as an Example

在教育改革背景下,博物馆文化教育功能的发挥受到社会各界关注。为充分发挥博物馆文化教育功能,国内外博物馆进行了多种形式的馆校合作,主要形式表现在课程建设、德育素质培养、教师培训等方面。渭南博物馆馆校合作目前仍存在合作类型及对象不广泛、馆校双方缺乏交流、课程设置分散等问题,需要从组织机构及人才队伍建设、合作课程及教材开发、常态化交流与反馈等方面进一步发力,促进渭南博物馆文化教育功能的有效发挥。

In the context of education reform,cultural and educational function of museums play attention of the community.In order to give full play to the cultural and educational functions of museums,domestic and foreign museums have carried out various forms of museum-school cooperation.The main forms are manifested in curriculum construction,moral education quality training,teacher training,etc.There are still problems in the cooperation between museum and school in Weinan Museum,such as the lack of type of cooperation and targets,the lack of communication between museum and school,and the scattered curriculum.Further efforts should be made from the construction of organizational structure and talent team,the development of cooperative courses and teaching materials,normalized exchanges and feedback,etc.to promote the cultural and educational functions of Weinan Museum.
