阿奇霉素与氨溴索联合用药治疗小儿百日咳的临床效果

Clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pertussis in children

目的观察小儿百日咳应用阿奇霉素联合氨溴索治疗的临床效果.方法研究对象选取68例百日咳患儿,收治时间均为2020年1月-2021年12月,将其随机分为两组,对照组与观察组各34例,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组除阿奇霉素外联用氨溴索治疗,观察临床效果.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状缓解时间、住院时间、入院3d内吸痰次数低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),但两组用药后不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05).结论小儿百日咳治疗时,阿奇霉素与氨溴索联合用药可使治疗效果进一步升高,让患儿各项临床症状及体征在短时间内得到缓解,利于疾病尽早康复,且不会明显增加用药后的不良反应,安全有效.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with ambroxol in the treatment of pertussis in children.Methods 68 children with pertussis were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with azithromycin and the observation group was treated with ambroxol in addition to azithromycin.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom relief time,hospital stay and sputum suction times within 3 days of admission were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pertussis in children,the combination of azithromycin and ambroxol can further improve the treatment effect,alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of children in a short time,facilitate the early recovery of the disease,and will not significantly increase the adverse reactions after medication.lt is safe and effective.
