With the rapid development of information technology,the development of Contemporary College English online course has become an inevitable trend.The online course of Contemporary College English is based on Bloom's Taxonomy,cultivation of key competencies and Harmer's ESA,to improve students'language competency,intercultural communication competency and ritical thinking competency from three dimensions of macro,medium and micro,while paying attention to the development of students'creative competency and collaborative competency.The online course aims to help students realize modular learning,self-independence operating,cooperative learning,and moral education on the way of hybrid learning.
