摘要
针对目前难以实现对于土体的抗剪强度的实时原位测量这一现状,本文提出了一种基于剪切波波速的土体抗剪强度测量装置。该装置以剪切波波速测量电路为核心,通过测得剪切波信号在两片压电陶瓷之间传播的时间,经处理后发送至显示屏和STM32单片机进行数据显示和存储,实现对土体抗剪强度的测量。取杭州下沙地区软黏土作为实验对象,将TKA-2U非饱和土直剪仪和本文的装置测得的土体抗剪强度结果进行对比。结果表明该装置的示值误差在工程实践允许的范围内,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Aiming at the current situation that it is difficult to realize real-time in-situ measurement of soil shear strength, this paper proposes a soil shear strength measurement device based on shear wave velocity. The device takes the shear wave velocity measurement circuit as the core. It measures the propagation time of the shear wave signal between two piezoelectric ceramics and sends it to the display screen and STM32 single-chip microcomputer for data display and storage. Measurement of body shear strength. Taking the soft clay in the Xiasha area of Hangzhou as the experimental object, the results of soil shear strength measured by the TKA-2 U unsaturated soil direct shear instrument and the device in this paper are compared. The results show that the indication error of the device is within the range allowed by engineering practice and has certain practical application value.
