目的:对KDQOL-36^(TM)及其运用状况进行介绍,探究了KDQOL-36^(TM)在药物经济学评价中的价值,让更多的研究者能了解并使用该量表。方法:通过文献及相关资料收集分析,获取KDQOL-36^(TM)的详细信息以及该量表目前的运用状况。结果:明确了KDQOL-36^(TM)的发展、组成、计分系统、有效性以及可靠性。获取了KDQOL-36^(TM)的临床运用状况以及在药物经济学评价中的作用。结论:对于CKD患者生命质量测量,KDQOL-36^(TM)是一项有效且重要的量表。对于相关的药物经济学评价,KDQOL-36;也具有一定的价值。

OBJECTIVE To introduce KDQOL-36^(TM) scale and its application, and explore the value of KDQOL-36^(TM) scale in pharmacoeconomic evaluation, so that more researchers can understand and use the scale.METHODS Through the collection and analysis of literature and relevant data, the detailed information and the current application of KDQOL-36^(TM) scale were obtained.RESULTS The development, composition, scoring system, validity and reliability of KDQOL-36^(TM) scale were clarified. The clinical application status of KDQOL-36^(TM) scale and its role in pharmacoeconomic evaluation were obtained.CONCLUSION KDQOL-36^(TM) is an effective and important scale for measuring the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD), and it is valuable for the development of relevant pharmacoeconomic evaluation.
