摘要
制备了一种可以应用在电子包装、家用电器等保护膜领域的耐高温聚丙烯(PP),考察了成核剂种类及用量对PP负荷变形温度、断裂拉伸应变、冲击强度等的影响。结果表明:α成核剂可使PP的负荷变形温度提高到118℃,弯曲模量达2090 MPa。对采用膜用耐高温聚丙烯制备的三层流延膜性能进行评价,表明加入定量α成核剂,耐高温PP薄膜的拉伸强度为34.2 MPa,120~130℃时薄膜的收缩率为0。
A high temperature resistant polypropylene(PP)which can be used as protective films in electronic packaging and household appliances was prepared.The effects of different nucleating agents on its mechanical properties such as load deformation temperature,tensile strain at break and impact strength were investigated.The results show thatαnucleating agent can improve the load deformation temperature and the bending modulus of PP to 118℃and 2090 MPa respectively.The properties of three-layer cast film prepared by the PP specialty is evaluated.It shows that the tensile strength and the shrinkage of the high temperature resistant PP film is 34.2 MPa and 0 at 120-130℃by addingαnucleating agent.
