摘要
采用氢调法在Innovene气相工艺聚丙烯装置上成功生产出性能良好的高熔体流动速率透明无规共聚聚丙烯,并在下游企业加工试用于食品包装容器奶茶杯的加工制作。结果表明:该透明无规共聚聚丙烯的熔体流动速率为61.0~69.0 g/10 min,雾度为12.01%~13.24%,光泽度为126.60~128.80。下游企业试用表明:所制奶茶杯制品的透明性、韧性、印刷性能优异,完全满足食品包装的要求。
Transparent polypropylene(PP)with high melt flow rate has been successfully produced via hydrogen modulation technology in Innovene gas-phase PP production plant,which has been applied in downstream factories for pilot production of food packaging and milky tea cups.The results show that the melt flow rate of PP produced is within 61.0 to 69.0 g/10 min,whose haze is from 12.01%to 13.24%and gloss is from 126.60 to 128.80.The application in downstream factories shows that the products meet the requirements of food packaging with good transparency,toughness and printability.
