摘要
干法单向拉伸制备聚丙烯锂离子电池隔膜技术涉及《高分子物理》课程中高分子的链结构、凝聚态结构、分子运动和转变、粘弹性、屈服和断裂、流变性、表面和界面等章节的内容,非常适合作为教学案例。本文探讨如何将生产过程涉及的高分子物理知识点与课程教学相结合进行案例教学,重点分析每步工序对应的聚丙烯凝聚态结构和工艺参数变化对结构及性能的影响,并结合课程内容讨论了与案例相关的干法双向拉伸制备聚丙烯锂离子电池隔膜技术和聚丙烯电池隔膜的亲水改性技术。该案例教学能够帮助学生灵活掌握课程相关内容,提高工程实践能力和创新能力。
The technology of preparing lithium-ion battery separator of polypropylene via a dry uniaxially stretching process involves a lot of contents of polymer physics from multiple chapters, such as Structure of polymer chains, Condensed phase, Molecular motion and transitions, Viscoelasticity, Yield and fracture, Rheological property, Surface and interface, etc. Therefore it is very suitable for the case teaching. This paper discusses how to combine the knowledge points involved in the manufacture with the case teaching of polymer physics. The microstructure of the condensed phases of polypropylene in each section of manufacture and the effects of process parameter change on the structure and properties are analyzed. Furthermore, the discussion is made about the technology of biaxially stretching process and the technology of hydrophilic modification of separator of polypropylene based on the knowledge related to polymer physics. It is helpful for the students to master the relevant knowledge flexibly and improve their ability in engineering practice and creativeness.
