英语专业新生学习适应性调查与分析——以贵州工程应用技术学院为例

摘要 地方本科高校转型发展,人才培养模式相应变化调整,注重学生专业实践能力培养。英语专业学习有其特殊性,新生进入大学,面对学习方式、学习动机、学习内容、学习要求、学习环境等方面的变化,其学习适应性尤为重要。对英语专业新生学习适应性进行调查和分析,提出“三位一体”模式,融合教学管理、教师教学和学生自我于一体,旨在加强新生学习适应性的培养,实行有效机制引导新生缩短英语专业学习适应期。 With the transformation and development of local universities, the personnel training mode has changed and adjusted, which paid more attention to the cultivation of students’ professional practical ability.The learning of English majors has its particularity, therefore, when the freshmen enter the university, their learning adaptability is particularly important in the face of changes in learning methods, learning motivation,learning content, learning requirements and learning environment. Based on the investigation and analysis of English major freshmen learning adaptability, this paper puts forward a three in one model, which integrates teaching management, teachers’ teaching and students’ self-management. It aims to strengthen the cultivation of freshmen learning adaptability, and implement an effective mechanism to guide freshmen to shorten their learning adaptation period.
