积极心理团体辅导:高校思想政治理论教育亲和力提升的加速器--基于“思想道德与法治”课程的实验研究

Positive Psychology Group Counseling:Accelerator for Improving the Affinity of Ideological and Political Theory Education in Colleges--Based on the Experimental Research of Ideological Morality and Rule of Law

从实践可操作层面探索思想政治理论教育亲和力的提升策略具有重要的现实意义。本研究选取某211高校同一年级同一专业两个班级的学生作为研究对象,通过实验设计,依据积极心理团体辅导的理论,设计“思想道德与法治”课程积极团体辅导教学方案,对实验组开展六周的教学实验。研究结论表明,积极心理团体辅导融入思想政治理论课,能有效地提高学生的学业情绪与学习满意度,成为高校思想政治理论教育亲和力水平提升的“加速器”之一。

It is of great practical significance to explore the strategies to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory education from practical and operational level.In this study,students from two classes of the same grade and major in a 211 university,which was included in a project of National Key Universities initiated in 1995 by China,were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.Based on the theory of positive psychological group counseling and the course teaching content of Ideological Morality and Rule of Law,the positive group counseling program was designed to carry out a six-week teaching experiment on the experimental group.The experimental results show that the positive psychological group counseling’s integration into ideological and political theory class is conducive to the improvement of students’academic emotion and learning satisfaction and becomes an accelerator for improving the affinity of ideological and political theory education in colleges.
