基于目标导向型教学模式的设计型高分子成型加工实验的探索

Exploration of Design Experiments of Polymer Processing Based on the Teaching Mode of Outcome Based Education

摘要 在安徽大学高分子材料科学与工程专业进行工程专业认证的背景下,结合高分子成型加工实验教学与教师科研项目的实际情况,以聚氯乙烯塑料配方的设计为基础,我们开展了在高分子成型加工实验中利用设计型实验进行目标导向型教学模式的探索。结果表明:该项目的实施培养了学生利用实践成果验证所学理论以及利用理论知识解决实践问题的能力,激发了学生独立思考精神和自我创新的意识,引导学生在对自身进行正确认识的基础上进行自我剖析和自我评价,达到培养学生解决高分子材料加工过程中复杂工程问题能力的目的。 In this work,we took the design of poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)plastic formula as an example to explore the establishment of Outcome Based Education(OBE)mode via designing experiment of polymer processing,which combined the actual teaching of experiment of polymer forming processing and background of programmatic accreditation of engineering education in Anhui University.The results indicated that the implementation of the project cultivated the students’ability to verify the theories they have learned and to solve practical problems by using their theoretical knowledge,stimulated their spirits of independent thinking and the consciousness of self-innovation.Moreover,the project guided the students to conduct self-analysis and self-evaluation on the basis of a correct understanding of themselves,and thus their abilities of solving complex engineering problems in polymer material processing were developed.
