电子健康在重大疫情中的应用研究进展

重大疫情的发生给医疗服务行业带来了巨大挑战,如何有效利用现代化信息技术进行重大疫情防控已成为重要命题。以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情为例,文章回顾了疫情期间电子健康的现有研究,全面概述了电子健康在技术、政策、医护和患者方面的推动因素;随后分析了电子健康在疫情监测、远程诊疗、慢病管理、健康护理、远程随访、心理干预等场景的应用及效果。研究表明,电子健康相对于传统医疗模式有着独特优势,疫情期间能极大减少群众就医过程中的交叉感染风险,满足患者的医疗服务需求,有助于重大疫情防控。最后,探讨了电子健康存在的问题及发展趋势,进而提出推动电子健康进一步发展的建议,以期为电子健康更合理地应用实施提供借鉴和参考。

The occurrence of major epidemic has brought great challenges to the medical service industry. How to effectively make use of modern information technology to prevent and control major epidemic has become an important issue. Taking COVID-19 as an example, this paper reviews the existing researches on electronic health during the epidemic, and comprehensively summarizes the driving factors of electronic health in technology, policy, medical staff and patients. Then it analyzes the application and effect of electronic health in epidemic monitoring, remote diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease management, health care, remote follow-up and psychological intervention. The research shows that electronic health has its unique advantages compared with traditional medical mode, which can greatly reduce the risk of cross-infection during medical treatment, meet the medical service needs of patients, and contribute to the prevention and control of major epidemics. Finally, the existing problems and development trends of electronic health are discussed, and then suggestions are put forward to promote further development of electronic health, in order to provide reference for the more rational application and implementation of electronic health.
