理性对待并合理开展斜视新术式

Rational development of new strabismus surgical procedures

近十年来随着科技进步和技术创新,斜视与小儿眼科领域不断有新的手术方式出现。这些新的手术方式在一定程度上提升了斜视矫正手术的效果,对于恢复、重建斜视患者双眼单视功能、改善外观起到了较好的促进作用。但是,由于对新术式的了解得还不够透彻,在临床实践中也出现了一些迫切需要梳理并解决的问题。因此,本文针对临床上较受关注的新术式的设计原理、手术适应证、手术技巧、存在的问题以及解决方法等进行综合介绍和分析,以期为国内同道合理开展斜视新术式提供参考。

With the development of science and technology,more and more new strabismus surgical procedures are introduced in the field of strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology.On one hand,these new surgical procedures improve the effect of strabismus correction and restore or rebuild binocular single vision to some extent.On the other hand,some problems associated with these surgeries have to be faced and resolved.This article review the surgical design mechanism,indications,technology,limitations,potential challenges and ways of resolution,so as to provide reference for clinicians in the processing of new strabismus surgical procedures.
