相干光层析血管成像术在多发性硬化研究中的应用进展

The progress in the application of optical coherence tomography angiography in multiple sclerosis

摘要 多发性硬化(MS)是一种炎性反应性自身免疫性疾病,表现为中枢神经系统弥漫性轴索退行性变,确切病因及发病机制尚不明确。相干光层析血管成像术(OCTA)为新型血管成像技术,可获得扫描区域内各层血管图像,具有无创、快速、可量化等优点。观察视网膜血管病变可辅助评估脑部疾病。本文汇集近年采用OCTA观察MS眼部血流改变的国内外研究结果进行总结和分析,以期为进一步认识MS的潜在发病机制和进行临床评估提供参考。 Multiple sclerosis(MS)is an inflammatory reactive autoimmune disease characterized by diffuse axonal degeneration of the central nervous system.The exact etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear.Optical coherence tomography angiography is a new technology of angiography,which can obtain the images of each layer of blood vessels in the scanning area.It is non-invasive,fast and quantifiable.Observation of retinal vasculopathy may assist in the evaluation of brain diseases.This article reviews the previous research results at home and abroad of ocular blood flow changes observed by optical coherence tomography angiography in MS in recent years,in order to provide reference for the study of the underlying pathogenesis of MS and clinical evaluation.
