摘要
目的:总结山楂树寒地栽培技术和采用紫外分析法测定山楂叶总黄酮含量,为山楂树的选育、繁殖提供参考。方法:采用育苗移栽方式种植山楂树。结果:寒地栽培山楂叶总黄酮含量高于中国药典规定标准[1]。结论:种植技术先进,可推广性强。
Objective:To summarize the cold cultivation techniques of hawthorn and determine the content of total flavonoids in Hawthorn Leaves by UV analysis,so as to provide reference for the breeding and reproduction of hawthorn.Methods:Hawthorn tree was planted by seedling raising and transplanting.Results:The content of total flavonoids in hawthorn leaves cultivated in cold area was higher than the standard specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The planting technology is advanced and can be widely spread.
