摘要
目的:探讨脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与ADL和认知功能的关系。方法:选取2019年5月—2021年5月我院收治的99例脑梗死患者纳入本研究观察组,另选择同期于我院进行体检的100名健康志愿者纳入对照组。检测并对比两组Hcy水平,参考Hcy正常值15.39μmol将15例脑梗死患者纳入高Hcy组,另外84例患者纳入低Hcy组。对比两组患者日常生活自理能力(ADL)评分与简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分的差异。采用Pearson软件进行Hcy水平与ADL评分、MMSE评分相关性分析。结果:观察组血浆Hcy水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高Hcy组ADL评分与MMSE评分均低于低Hcy组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本研究共收治99例脑梗死患者,其中15例(15.15%)血浆Hcy水平>15.39μmol;相关性分析结果表明,ADL评分、MMSE评分均血浆Hcy水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者发病期间普遍存在血浆Hcy升高现象,血浆Hcy升高可能导致患者持续进展,最终影响其日常生活自理能力与认知功能,危害其预后结局。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy)level and ADL and cognitive function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 99 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were included in the observation group,and 100 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the control group.Hcy levels were detected and compared between the two groups.According to the normal Hcy value of 15.39μmol,15 patients with cerebral infarction were included in the high Hcy group,and the other 84 patients were included in the low Hcy group.The differences between ADL score and MMSE score were compared between the two groups.Pearson software was used to analyze the correlation between Hcy level and ADL score and MMSE score.Results:The plasma Hcy level in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL score and MMSE score of the high Hcy group were lower than those of the low Hcy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 99 patients with cerebral infarction were treated in this study,among which 15(15.15%)had plasma Hcy level>15.39μmol.The results of correlation analysis showed that ADL score and MMSE score were negatively correlated with plasma Hcy level(P<0.05).Conclusions:Elevated plasma Hcy is common in patients with cerebral infarction during the onset,which may lead to continuous progression of patients,ultimately affecting their self-care ability in daily life and cognitive function,and jeopardizing their prognosis.
