煨脓生肌膏对湿热型肛瘘术后早期创面愈合的临床研究

Clinical Study on Early Wound Healing After Stewing Pyoshengji Ointment for Damp-Heat Anal Fistula

目的:探讨观察煨脓生肌膏对湿热型肛瘘术后早期创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将90例湿热型肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组用煨脓生肌膏纱条换药治疗,对照组治疗时选用凡士林纱条换药。对两组临床症状及体征、愈合率及愈合天数等差异进行观察,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组术后水肿、术后渗液、肛门瘙痒、术口疼痛积分均<对照组,差异明显(P<0.01)。术后第1天两组创面面积之间的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第1周,两组的创面面积进行比较,差异已有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第2周、第3周,治疗组创面面积相对于对照组明显变小,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组在术后的第2周、第3周愈合率比对照组明显增高,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组早期创面愈合天数(26.79±2.47)天,明显短于对照组的(35.68±2.60)天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于湿热型肛瘘术后创面的早期愈合,煨脓生肌膏效果十分显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of simmering pus Shengji ointment on early wound healing after operation of damp heat anal fistula.Methods:90 patients with damp heat anal fistula were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The treatment group was treated with purulent Shengji ointment gauze,and the control group was treated with vaseline gauze.The differences of clinical symptoms and signs,healing rate and healing days between the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:the scores of postoperative edema,postoperative exudation,anal pruritus and postoperative pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in wound area between the two groups on the first day after operation(P>0.05);At the first week after operation,the wound area of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At 2 and 3 weeks after operation,the wound area in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.01).The healing rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the 2nd and 3rd weeks after operation(P<0.01).The days of early wound healing in the treatment group were(26.79±2.47)days,which was significantly shorter than(35.68±2.60)days in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of simmering pus Shengji ointment is very significant for the early healing of wounds after operation of damp heat anal fistula.
