医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制、妊娠结局及新生儿的影响

Effects of Medical Nutrition Therapy on Blood Glucose Control,Pregnancy Outcomes and Neonates in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究分析医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制、妊娠结局及新生儿的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将2019年1月至2021年1月至广东省佛山市禅城区中心医院妇产科就诊的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者分为两组(每组40例)。对照组给予常规妊娠期干预,观察组产妇在此基础上加用医学营养治疗干预。对比两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇各项血糖指标、妊娠结局、新生儿情况。结果:干预后两组患者FBG、2h-PBG、HbA1c水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,P<0.05;对照组患者不良妊娠结局总发生率(30.00%)高于观察组(7.50%),P<0.05;对照组新生儿Apgar评分低于观察组,P<0.05。结论:医学营养治疗可有效降低妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖水平,降低妊娠期糖尿病孕妇、新生儿并发症发生率,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of medical nutrition therapy on blood glucose control,pregnancy outcomes and neonates in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2019 to January 2021 to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Chancheng Central Hospital,Foshan City,Guangdong Province,into two groups(40 cases in each group).The control group was given routine pregnancy intervention,while the observation group was given medical nutrition therapy intervention on this basis.The blood glucose indexes,pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of FBG,2h-PBG and HbA1c in the two groups were decreased,and the levels of FBG,2h-PBG and HbA1c in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the control group(30.00%)was higher than that in the observation group(7.50%)(P<0.05).The Apgar score of neonates in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical nutrition therapy can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and neonatal complications,and improve pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical application.
