基于数据挖掘浅析瑶医治疗类风湿关节炎的用药规律及特色

Medication rules and characteristics of traditional Yao medicine therapy for rheumatoid arthritis:a data mining-based analysis

目的利用数据挖掘技术结合瑶医药理论探讨瑶医治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的用药规律及特色。方法通过查阅书籍和检索数据库,收集关于瑶医治疗RA的方药。对药物进行使用频次分析,并进行关联规则分析、聚类分析和因子分析,总结瑶医治疗RA的用药规律和特色。结果(1)共收集到瑶医治疗RA的方剂126首,涉及药物302味,其中祛风除湿类药物占比最高,药性以温、平为主,药味以苦、辛类居多;(2)关联规则分析共挖掘出常用药对15组,其中,小钻-大钻与其他药物的关联性最强,是瑶医治疗RA的常用组合;(3)聚类分析(二级划分)共挖掘出核心药物组合5组;(4)因子分析共提取出7个公因子。结论瑶医治疗RA以祛风除湿、活血化瘀、行气止痛为主,小钻、大钻是治疗RA的核心药物组合,常与九节风、入山虎等药相配伍。

Objective To explore the medication rules and characteristics of traditional Yao medicine therapy for rheumatoid arthritis(RA)using data mining technology combined with traditional Yao medicine and pharmacy theory.Methods The recipes concerning traditional Yao medicine therapy for RA were collected through reading books and searching literature in databases.The utilization frequency of the drugs involved was analyzed,and the association rules analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis were performed to summarize the medication rules and characteristics of traditional Yao medicine therapy for RA.Results(1)A total of 126 formulas of traditional Yao medicine therapy for RA were collected,involving 302 kinds of drugs,in which the dispelling wind and eliminating dampness drugs comprised the largest proportion.The medicinal properties were mainly warm and plain,while the medicinal flavours were commonly bitter and acrid.(2)Fifteen commonly-used couplet medicines were dug out by association rules analysis.Among them,Kadsura longipedunculata Finet et Gagnep.-Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A.C.Smith had the strongest correlation with other drugs,which was a commonly-used combination of traditional Yao medicine for RA treatment.(3)Totally five core drug combinations were dug out by cluster analysis(the two-level classification).(4)Seven common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Conclusion The primary efficacy of traditional Yao medicine therapy for RA includes dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,and activating qi-flowing for relieving pain.Kadsura longipedunculata Finet et Gagnep.-Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A.C.Smith is a core drug combination for RA treatment,which is commonly compatible with Sarcandraglabra(Thunb.)Nakai,Zanthoxylumnitidum(Roxb.)DC.and other drugs.
