摘要
因其性能突出,铝镁合金在汽车轻量化方面有重大市场前景。宽幅铝镁合金板带的冷轧生产存在边紧边裂现象,本文分析了其产生的原因,并进行了生产试验。针对铝镁合金冷轧板带边紧边裂问题,介绍了前沿的解决方案及技术手段,以及目前这些技术存在的缺陷,为生产线升级改造及新项目的技术选择提供参考。当前铝镁合金冷轧板带边紧边裂问题仍未得到很好的解决,需对其进一步加大科研攻关力度。
Because of outstanding performance, aluminum and magnesium alloys have significant market prospects in terms of automotive lightweight. The cold rolling production of wide aluminum and magnesium alloy strips has the phenomenon of edge tightness and cracking. This paper analyzes the reasons and conducts production tests. Aiming at the problem of tight edge cracking of aluminum and magnesium alloy cold-rolled strips, the cutting-edge solutions and technical means, as well as the defects of these technologies, are introduced to provide references for the upgrading of production lines and the technical selection of new projects. At present, the problem of tight edge cracking of aluminum and magnesium alloy strips has not been solved well, and it is necessary to further increase scientific research efforts.
